Schedule Announcement - Complimentary Training for Veterans

The wait is finally over. Here we are again announcing the schedule for our 1st set of complementary training for Veterans and families.

In December 2019, Certification Planner, LLC had been awarded as one of the “Top 50 Education Providers” by Global Forum of Education and Learning #GFEL for creativity, innovation and our contribution to the E-learning industry. Post holidays, our CEO Suhaan Kkhanna has announced that CP will continue to offer complimentary and discounted training programs to veterans and families under our “Power to Our Heroes” program initiative. CP aims to provide assistance to veterans, transitioning from military to civilian life.

We at Certification Planner, work towards making training convenient while providing the best quality to the learners and have received phenomenal reviews. CP has received 5-star ratings on Google and Trustpilot.

Now, the same quality training is available for the veterans. In the words of Suhaan Kkhanna, the CEO and the initiator of the program,

“We are speaking about our veterans, the quality has to be perfect”.

In an attempt to make training accessible, the training will be conducted through our ‘Live Online Classroom’ model: a perfect blend of online and instructor-led training where the sessions will be delivered online with the presence of certified instructors throughout the session. Veterans can now attend the training from the comforts of their home. Not just that, they can also choose from a wide variety of options available to them.

CP has over 250 instructors supporting us to deliver classes in North America and 100 out of them are veterans. Our mission is to add 500+ certified veteran instructors to our portfolio by 2021. We are glad that our instructors are anticipating to contribute to the initiative and help other veterans get certified and placed in top companies just like them.

While anyone can avail the ongoing 20% discount on our regular classroom and online training or a 50% discount on group and corporate training (visit us at www.certificationplanner.com to know more) we have something special in store for our veterans. Optimizing Stakeholder Engagement

Stakeholders are individuals or organizations who are involved in the project, or whose interests are positively or negatively affected by the result of the project. Stakeholders are essential as the project’s success or failure largely depends on the fulfillment of stakeholder’s needs or expectations. Due to this, the engagement of stakeholders intrinsically becomes an essential part of project management. The key to effective stakeholder engagement is “planning.” One has to systematically identify and prioritize stakeholders, along with establishing proper communication modes with them. So let’s look at the steps in the strategy to develop and optimize stakeholder engagement.   1. Stakeholder Identification The first step is to identify who all are being affected by the projects. It would be best if you considered all the individuals, interest groups, and right holders who would have an interest in the project. If you are running the project for a client, you may b...

Importance of Effective Communication in the Workplace

Ineffective communication can lead to the failure of a project and even closure of a process or an organization. Communication is very crucial at work. A superior should be able to communicate effectively with their team members. The communication gap at work can lead to chaos, delay in projects or work on time, prioritizing secondary work instead of the primary work, and misleading the team from their core objectives. It is crucial as a leader to have excellent communication skills and to give out clear messages. Active Listening Active listening is one of the crucial elements to be a good communicator. Nobody likes to communicate with a person who doesn’t listen. It creates a wall between two people. The person who is talking will feel disconnected and might not share their ideas and views in the future. A person who actively listens will ask the right questions and understand what the other person is trying to say. If a person actively listens, they will be abl...
